Making a Purchase

We accept payments by debit and credit card either online or by placing an order by phone on 01642 249936. We do not accept cheque, cash or postal orders

We advise that during busy periods we suggest that the best way to place your order is online.

Delivery Policy

All orders placed before 2pm Mon – Fri will be dispatched the same day

We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, however, our dispatch team do not work Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays, therefore, we do not dispatch on these days.

All orders from mgfancydress must be signed for by the recipient.

SMALL ORDER DELIVERY CHARGE

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY CHARGE

WE SHALL BE USING A COURIER SERVICE FOR DELIVERY OF PARCELS DURING THE STRIKE PERIOD AT £7.95.  ESTIMATED DISPATCH IS 1-3 DAYS. WE SHALL ALSO PROVIDE THE ROYAL MAIL STANDARD RECORDED DELIVERY IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT URGENT (THE DISPATCH TIME FOR THESE ITEMS MAY BE AFFECTED BY THE STRIKE ACTION).

WE RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR ORDER BY NO LATER THAN TUES 27TH OCT.

Standard Delivery - £5.50

Our delivery charge for all orders over £10 is £5.50. Our Fastway Courier service offers full track and trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you. Most parcels do arrive the next day, however, please allow 1-3 working days for your parcel to reach you.

For some parts of the country we can only offer a recorded signed for service using Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day on all orders over £10 - £8.25 (MON - THURS ONLY- if you select this option on a Friday you will not receive your parcel until Monday)

This service offers full track and trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you. For 99% of the country your shipment will arrive the following day, however, for some more remote islands this service can take up to 3 working days.

Small Order Delivery Charge -- £ 2.75

For all orders under £10 we offer a small order charge of £2.75. Dispatch is via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Please allow up to 3-5 days for this service (Bank holidays, weekends and other closed days excluded)

WE REGRET THAT WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK
